The “Innovation Arena” is held in cooperation with Samsung, which chose to become part of this event due to its keen interest in encouraging youth to pursue their passions in creating innovations that are beneficial to the whole community.

Samsung will take the opportunity to kick off its 4th “Entaleq”, its entrepreneurs’ initiative. This initiative has been conducted 3 times previously since 2013, aiming to encourage young developers to reach out for brilliant and innovative ideas and shape them into actual functioning apps or developed content.

The “Innovation Arena” will have a number of start-ups presenting IT solutions for different fields such as education, transportation, health, tourism and others. Through the Innovation Arena, young developers can register to participate in the 4th Entaleq competition by Samsung, through which they can win prizes reaching 250 thousand EGP.

Cairo ICT extended an invitation to different entities that support innovation – either governmental or private entities. This first of its kind attempt is to prove beneficial for all parties, especially venture capital companies wishing to embrace new brilliant ideas and turn them into real existing projects.
